Environmental law

This program is designed to provide students with a foundation in environmental law. The curriculum covers the current status of environmental issues and the regulatory environment. Throughout the course, students will explore key legal concepts. Each chapter includes real-world cases and Discussion Questions that focus on ethical dilemmas related to the natural world. This course will also introduce you to a variety of issues and approaches, including common law, constitutional law, administrative law, and dispute resolution.

LLM program

A part-time LLM program in environmental and natural resources law can also be beneficial for those pursuing careers in environmental and natural resources. Students will spend their summers working in the clinic as part of their curriculum. In this program, they’ll work under the supervision of a professor to write legal analyses and pleadings for real cases. The course includes a comprehensive review of the environment’s laws and regulations. They’ll also become familiar with the many ethical dilemmas related to the natural environment.
